In this tutorial we will use Flash to create the oh-so popular growing vines animation look. We will do it in two different ways; first, we will do a quick masked shape and shape tween under the mask after that we will do it the “right” way and build a frame-by-frame animation that makes this little flourish look like it is really growing. If you want to learn how to animate this effect, this is the tutorial for you. Enjoy! Follow me on Twitter! www.twitter.com Be sure to check out www.tutvid.com Check out the blog @ http

i met same problem , the solve is : open eps file with adobe illustrator and save as ai extension . or you can download converter ( eps to ai )
i DO have a problem with EPS files, it will not import in flash, anyone got a tip?
Sure no problem!
@VolcanicPenguin
Thanks alot man!
Super Simple!
Select the vine graphic, right click and “convert to symbol”, click OK. Then double click on it to “go inside” it.
Then you can make the animation just like it’s told in this tutorial, and it will be contained within the movieclip.
Double click on any empty surface to go back out of the movieclip.
Hope this helps.
What do i have to do if i want to keep the colour of the original graphic
@VolcanicPenguin
How do I make an animation inside a movieclip?
